AI Governance Consultant – Riyadh (Saudi Nationals Only)

About the role

We are seeking an AI Governance Consultant to join our Riyadh office and lead the development of responsible AI practices across the organization. This position focuses on designing governance frameworks, managing AI risks, and ensuring compliance with local and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI governance policies and frameworks.
• Drive ethical AI usage and promote responsible AI practices.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate AI risks such as bias, lack of transparency, and regulatory non‑compliance.
• Oversee AI lifecycle management, including model registration and monitoring.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to align AI initiatives with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure alignment with ISO/IEC 42001 standards and other relevant guidelines.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in AI or data governance.
• Strong understanding of AI risk management frameworks.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulatory landscape (NDMO, SDAIA, PDPL) is a plus.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks.
• Understanding of ISO/IEC 42001 standards.
