AI Strategy Lead – Digital & Cyber Business Unit

About the role

PwC is looking for an experienced AI Strategy Lead to shape and deliver artificial intelligence strategies for national and enterprise clients. You will work within the Digital & Cyber Business Unit, partnering with industry experts to drive transformation through AI, data ecosystems and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Define AI vision, operating models and governance frameworks for large‑scale initiatives.
• Lead end‑to‑end AI engagements, from strategic assessment to implementation and ROI measurement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate generative AI, machine‑learning pipelines and cloud infrastructure into client roadmaps.
• Provide thought leadership on AI risk evaluation, data management and emerging technology governance.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge‑sharing within the practice.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in AI, machine learning or related technology consulting.
• Proven track record delivering AI strategy at enterprise or national scale.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
