Alternate Site Manager (Secret Clearance) – ASAB ESS

About the role

KBR is seeking an Alternate Site Manager with a Secret Clearance to support engineering services at the ASAB ESS site and related locations in Saudi Arabia. The role combines mechanical engineering expertise with site‑management responsibilities, ensuring safe and efficient operations in line with Air Force requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in planning and executing engineering support services across ASAB ESS and associated sites.
• Assume full Site Manager duties during their absence, providing continuous leadership and operational oversight.
• Act as the primary liaison between KBR personnel, U.S. Air Force representatives, subcontractors, and other mission partners.
• Deliver mechanical engineering support for facilities, utilities, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and related infrastructure.
• Evaluate existing mechanical systems, recommend repairs or upgrades, and ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement and engineering standards.
• Monitor safety, quality, and performance metrics to meet contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Mechanical engineering background with hands‑on experience in facility infrastructure.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage day‑to‑day site operations.
• Possession of a U.S. Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with government and subcontractor personnel.
