Aluminium Formwork Marketing Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Consultant to shape brand positioning, generate leads and drive market penetration for our aluminium formwork systems in global construction markets, initially focusing on the Middle East, Southeast Asia and emerging regions. The role blends deep technical product knowledge with high‑impact marketing execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop go‑to‑market strategies, segmenting projects and building pricing‑positioning matrices.
• Create technical marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, comparison sheets and white papers.
• Design and run LinkedIn, YouTube and industry‑portal campaigns, managing CRM‑integrated lead funnels and tracking conversion metrics.
• Optimize SEO/SEM for aluminium formwork keywords in multiple languages.
• Support business‑development teams in client pitches, preparing ROI calculators and proof kits.
• Refine brand architecture and visual guidelines for multi‑brand portfolios.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in construction, building materials or formwork/shoring.
• Strong understanding of aluminium formwork technology (cycle time, reusability, concrete finish quality, labour efficiency).
• Proven record of generating qualified leads in construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal English with publication‑ready copy skills.
