Analyst I Business Process Transactions

About the role

The Analyst I Business Process Transactions role supports the execution and optimisation of core business processes at DXC Technology. You will work closely with senior analysts and managers to ensure transactions are accurate, compliant, and continuously improved.

Key responsibilities

• Execute business process transactions with strict adherence to procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to analyse data trends and produce reports.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and participate in process‑improvement projects.
• Maintain and update process documentation to reflect current practices.
• Support the team in meeting performance targets and quality metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in business process transactions or related functions.
• Demonstrated ability to learn continuously and stay current with industry knowledge.
• Advanced degree or certifications such as Six Sigma or PMP are a plus.
