Andt Technician – Advanced NDT Specialist

About the role

We are seeking experienced Andt Technicians to join a leading petroleum company in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on performing advanced non‑destructive testing (NDT) methods on pipelines, tanks and other critical assets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute advanced NDT techniques such as PAUT, TOFD, ECT, IRIS tube inspection and MFL on various components.
• Configure and set up NDT equipment, selecting appropriate probes, wedges, scanners and software parameters.
• Perform calibration and verification using approved calibration blocks and tubes to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with project procedures, manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Document inspection results and generate technical reports for engineering teams.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in advanced NDT methods.
• ASNT or PCN NDT Level II certification (or equivalent diploma/degree).
• Educational background: 12th grade, BE/B.Tech or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Willingness to work onsite in Saudi Arabia and relocate from India.

Required skills

• PAUT, TOFD, ECT, IRIS, MFL, GW inspection techniques.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks and CAD drafting.
• Technical drawing and blueprint reading.
• Mechanical design, 3D modelling, dimensional analysis and metrology.
• Knowledge of GD&T, material specifications and CNC programming.
