Annual Reporting Account Manager

About the role

Emperor, a leading corporate communications agency, is looking for an Annual Reporting Account Manager to join its client‑facing team. Reporting to a Senior Account Manager, you will support day‑to‑day client communication, help deliver multi‑disciplinary projects, and contribute to the growth of existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and proactive updates.
• Assist senior team members with managing project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate internal resources to guarantee smooth execution of campaigns and reporting deliverables.
• Prepare client proposals, cost estimates, and project plans under guidance.
• Track and report on campaign performance, documenting key results.
• Identify and support new business opportunities within current accounts.
