Architect – Design & BIM Specialist

About the role

Fakeeh Care is seeking a qualified Architect to lead the design of new constructions, renovations and alterations across its healthcare facilities. The role combines creative design, BIM coordination and on‑site supervision to deliver safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop functional, safe and sustainable architectural designs for new builds and renovations.
• Produce coordinated Arch + MEP BIM models using Revit and generate detailed 3D renderings.
• Prepare material finish specifications, evaluate and select building products.
• Monitor architectural draftsmen, conduct weekly site quality inspections and manage construction phasing plans.
• Liaise with clients, MEP teams, subcontractors and municipal authorities to obtain approvals and resolve issues.
• Produce as‑built drawings and BIM models, review BOQs and create presentation materials.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in architectural design, BIM (Revit) and municipal submission processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering; MSc is a plus.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Highly proficient in AutoCAD.
• Highly proficient in Revit, including rendering capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop (plus).
