Architect Engineer (Saudi National)

About the role

Parsons is seeking a talented Architect Engineer to join its team in Saudi Arabia. Working under the general direction of a licensed architect, you will handle moderately‑difficult architectural and interior design assignments for large‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Produce CAD/BIM drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents and color boards in line with standards and client requirements.
• Compile data, perform dimensional calculations, and create specifications, ensuring compliance with codes and technical manuals.
• Research and develop design solutions, present them for consideration, and inspect project sites to record conditions.
• Collaborate with project team members to set goals and meet shared deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on large‑scale projects with overall responsibility for architectural engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and knowledge of international design procedures and regulatory standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with 2‑D and 3‑D CAD tools.
• Experience using BIM software.
• Strong knowledge of architectural and interior design standards, codes, building materials and construction methods.
