Architect

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Architect to join our architecture department, reporting to the Senior Architect. The role involves creating high‑quality designs, preparing detailed drawings and ensuring that all work complies with established architectural standards and construction processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed design solutions.
• Produce and review construction drawings and documentation.
• Apply architectural requirements, principles, methodologies, policies and procedures to all projects.
• Collaborate with department staff, consultants and clients to align design intent.
• Prepare moderate to high‑complexity reports and support pre‑contract activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum five years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong design and drawing abilities with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good analytical skills and understanding of the relationship between people, buildings and the wider environment.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).

Required skills

• Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modelling).
• Knowledge of IIM (Infrastructure Information Modelling).
• Computer‑aided design (CAD) expertise.
• General computer literacy and strong IT skills.
