Architectural Design Reviewer

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Design Reviewer to join CLEAR’s innovative team. The role involves critically evaluating architectural design submissions to ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and client expectations, contributing to project excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Critically review architectural designs, drawings, and documentation for compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
• Assess design feasibility, functionality, and aesthetics in alignment with project goals.
• Identify and document discrepancies, omissions, or non‑compliance issues and recommend corrective measures.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to discuss review findings and support design improvements.
• Prepare detailed review reports and communicate findings clearly and professionally.
• Stay updated on changes in the architectural and building regulation landscape to ensure continual compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design review or a similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, zoning requirements, and construction regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
