Architectural Foreman – Finishing

About the role

The Architectural Foreman – Finishing will lead the final phase of villa construction, ensuring that interior and exterior finishes meet design specifications, quality standards and project timelines. This on‑site leadership role coordinates trades, manages materials and resolves issues to deliver a polished, ready‑to‑occupy property.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all on‑site finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, carpentry and fixture installation.
• Coordinate trades teams to ensure work is sequenced correctly and does not clash with other construction activities.
• Manage procurement, delivery and storage of finishing materials, monitor usage and minimise waste.
• Develop and maintain the finishing work schedule, communicate progress and address delays with the project manager.
• Report daily progress, material consumption and workforce hours; maintain accurate records.
• Identify and resolve quality or installation issues, and oversee final inspections and snagging before client handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising finishing works on residential projects, preferably villas.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent understanding of construction drawings, specifications and client requirements.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
