Architectural Inspector

About the role

Egis Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Architectural Inspector to join its Riyadh office. You will lead inspections of architectural, interior design, fit‑out and theming works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, contract requirements and Saudi building regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of architectural, interior design, fit‑out and themed elements, verifying adherence to IFC and shop drawings, specifications and approved material submittals.
• Inspect finishes such as blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, ceilings, flooring, façades, doors and specialty architectural components.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, theming and attraction teams to manage interfaces and resolve issues.
• Identify defects, raise non‑conformance reports and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, NCRs and corrective actions, and provide technical feedback in site meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural inspection and construction supervision on large‑scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia building codes and local authority compliance.
• Excellent technical reporting, documentation and communication skills.
