Assistant Clinic Manager – Skin Care Clinic

About the role

MECCA Aesthetica on Bourke Street is a premium skin‑care clinic delivering advanced, results‑driven treatments. We are looking for a full‑time Assistant Clinic Manager to support the Clinic Manager in driving overall performance, operational efficiency and a strong team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate, coach and support the team to deliver an exclusive "only‑at‑MECCA" customer experience.
• Lead key operational and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Optimise rosters to boost productivity, client conversion, re‑booking and sales targets.
• Manage adverse events and resolve client concerns or complaints.
• Promote health and safety by leading by example and prioritising safety.
• Consult customers on personalised skincare needs and provide expert advice.
• Perform hands‑on treatments using medical‑grade equipment such as microdermabrasion, advanced peels and LED therapy.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.

Required profile

• Dermal therapist with at least 12 months experience in a fast‑paced retail or clinic environment (mandatory).
• Minimum 12 months of management experience in a clinic setting.
• Diploma of Dermal Therapy, Beauty Therapy or a Bachelor of Dermal Science/Health Science (preferred).
• Experience training and developing staff in both practical and theoretical aspects.
• Confident communicator with peers, managers, stakeholders and clients.
• Passionate about creating excellent customer experiences through strong relationships.
• Well‑presented, confident, organised with excellent time‑management skills.
