About the role

Join Radisson Hotel Group as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager and help deliver first‑class service to our guests. You will work within a dynamic Food & Beverage team, supporting daily operations and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the Food & Beverage department and uphold high service standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maximise guest satisfaction and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Take ownership of assigned duties, ensuring timely and professional execution.
• Assist in achieving departmental plans, hotel initiatives, and performance targets.
• Work with the immediate supervisor to control costs, manage inventory, and maintain productivity.
• Promote company culture, build effective relationships, and ensure compliance with legislation and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with a strong commitment to guest service.
• Ability to devise creative solutions and take ownership of tasks.
• Personal integrity and a drive for excellence in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience using IT systems across various platforms.
• Strong communication skills.
