Front‑of‑House Host/Hostess – Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at our Jeddah venue. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will manage the flow of diners, handle reservations and ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage the waiting list.
• Coordinate seating plans and maintain an efficient flow in the dining area.
• Handle reservations, answer phone calls and provide accurate venue information.
• Support the service team by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Uphold Blue Limits Group’s hospitality standards and keep the front‑of‑house area clean and organized.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a hospitality or restaurant front‑of‑house role.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills with a professional appearance.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous and solve problems in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
• Basic English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
