Assistant Manager, Parts Operations

About the role

This position leads day‑to‑day parts operations across all branches, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy and high customer satisfaction. It supports the Senior Manager in strategic initiatives and maintains alignment with procurement, service and sales functions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily parts operations, order fulfilment, back‑order management and emergency sourcing.
• Supervise branch parts teams, approve operational plans and manage inventory levels to optimise availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement to ensure timely, cost‑effective parts acquisition.
• Track KPIs such as fill rate, inventory turnover and back‑order rate, and report to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with Ceer’s ERP and Retail Management System procedures and maintain accurate parts data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in automotive parts operations, preferably overseeing multiple locations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Retail Management System (RMS) processes.
