Assistant Store Manager – Luxury Retail (Riyadh)

About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Chalhoub Group in Riyadh, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional luxury guest experience. You will help implement CRM and customer experience initiatives while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve store revenue targets while maintaining high guest‑experience standards.
• Support the rollout of CRM, CX and loyalty‑program initiatives (MUSE) in‑store.
• Coach and develop team members through on‑the‑job training and stretch assignments.
• Drive employee engagement (eNPS) through people‑experience actions and cultural initiatives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, including visual merchandising, SOP compliance and staff scheduling.
• Coordinate with back‑office teams, ensuring click‑and‑collect orders meet SLA commitments.
• Ensure accurate capture of customer data in line with marketing requirements.
• Promote the loyalty program and app offerings, increasing program enrollment.
• Provide feedback on store performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in fashion or luxury retail.
• Strong team‑leadership and communication abilities.
