Assistant to Managing Director (Automotive)

About the role

We are launching a new high‑tech automotive manufacturing facility in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) as part of Benteler’s strategic expansion. As an early member of the leadership support team, you will work directly with the Managing Director to ensure smooth daily operations and help shape the foundation of this international greenfield project.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
• Arrange complex regional and international travel, handling visas, logistics, accommodations and itineraries.
• Prepare, review and translate documentation, presentations, reports and correspondence in Arabic and English.
• Act as the primary communication link between the MD, local and global teams, and external stakeholders.
• Track action items, deadlines and deliverables related to the plant launch.
• Assist with government relations, regulatory procedures and corporate compliance documentation.
• Support hosting of delegations, auditors, customers and senior leadership visits while maintaining confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality with native‑level Arabic proficiency.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, culturally agile and able to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
