Associate Director Marketing – Dairy

About the role

The Associate Director Marketing – Dairy will lead SADAFCO’s Marketing Department with a focus on the dairy portfolio, driving brand growth, equity and profitable performance across fresh and long‑life products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a consumer‑led marketing strategy and annual marketing plan, managing the budget and ROI of advertising and promotions.
• Lead brand equity initiatives, track consumer KPIs and ensure continuous brand relevance.
• Plan and optimise the marketing organisation, building a high‑performing team in partnership with OD.
• Identify and implement segment strategies, uncover growth opportunities and drive portfolio expansion.
• Generate deep consumer insights through research and analytics and translate them into actionable concepts.
• Own product innovation, steering NPD projects from idea generation to launch across dairy categories.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain and trade marketing on accurate forecasting, demand planning and pricing strategies.
• Manage under‑performing SKUs, lead corrective actions or exits to optimise portfolio profitability.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in the dairy industry, with proven expertise in yogurt (fresh or UHT) categories.
• Background in multinational FMCG environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision making.
