Associate Government Relations Advisor

About the role

The Associate Government Relations Advisor supports Aloula Aviation’s corporate affairs by managing communications between the company and government entities. This developmental position involves drafting official Arabic correspondence, tracking communications, and providing research and analysis that influence strategic relationships with the Saudi government.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and edit official Arabic correspondence to ensure linguistic accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.
• Manage and track incoming and outgoing correspondence, guaranteeing timely distribution and follow‑up.
• Research past correspondence and company precedents to support the preparation of official responses.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to consolidate feedback into unified corporate replies.
• Maintain correspondence records and archives according to the company’s document‑management procedures.
• Ensure all outgoing communications meet formatting requirements and approval workflows.
• Prepare executive‑level letters, memos, and official communications on behalf of senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in government relations, public relations, oil operations, finance, or translation.
• Basic knowledge of government rules, regulations, and organizational structures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
