Associate Recruiter – Bulk Hiring & Workday

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Recruiter to join KBR Engineering Inc’s Sustainable Technology Solutions division in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on end‑to‑end talent acquisition, supporting bulk hiring campaigns and managing the Workday recruitment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen CVs in line with job descriptions.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify open positions and create requisitions.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
• Issue offers, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations.
• Manage recruitment projects, including bulk hiring drives and campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with overseas recruitment agencies.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years (60 months) of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven experience with bulk hiring and using Workday.
