Attraction Operations Operator

About the role

Six Flags Qiddiya City is looking for an Operator - Attraction Operations to ensure the safe, efficient and enjoyable operation of rides and attractions. The role manages the daily functionality of assigned attractions, assists guests and upholds safety standards, and works within the Attractions Operations Department.

Key responsibilities

• Operate rides and attractions according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Carry out pre-opening and closing checks so that all equipment is in working order
• Start, stop and reset attractions as needed, following all protocols
• Monitor ride performance and report technical or operational issues to supervisors
• Greet guests, explain ride requirements and safety protocols, and check height, weight and health conditions before boarding
• Answer guest questions and handle complaints professionally
• Help with queue management and crowd control, and respond promptly to ride emergencies
• Work with colleagues to ensure smooth ride transitions
• Follow the company's code of conduct, ethics and rules, share know-how with the team and promote the company's culture

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-1 years of experience in customer service, hospitality or operations; amusement park or entertainment venue experience is a plus
• Fluent English
• Able to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks

• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
