Auto Technician

About the role

The Auto Technician performs repair services and other mechanical work in the service centre, aiming to meet targets for customer satisfaction and gross service sales while following the company’s mission, vision, values and standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Execute repairs according to customer requests under the supervision of the Chief Technician, ensuring delivery within promised time and cost.
• Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections using mechanical tools to assess damage and required repairs.
• Assist in resolving high‑technical issues such as NVH cases through diagnostic testing with support from workshop leaders.
• Coordinate with the Job Controller to record repair data, update vehicle delivery status, and analyse productivity.
• Maintain a guest‑centric mindset to achieve high‑quality after‑sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in automotive service.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Certification as a Pro‑Technician (preferred Toyota Motor Corporation certification).
