Automated Operations Engineer

About the role

As an Automated Operations Engineer you will design, develop and integrate automation solutions that support Ericsson’s telecom platforms. You will work across the full software development lifecycle to deliver reliable, high‑performance components that meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in solution design, development and integration of automation applications.
• Analyse problems, apply critical thinking and deliver results that meet customer expectations.
• Share knowledge of code, architecture, security parameters and user credentials with relevant partners.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders on any changes affecting automation solutions.
• Own the complete lifecycle management of developed automations, from deployment to maintenance.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong passion for technology, continuous learning and problem solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively, share insights and take ownership of deliverables.
