About the role
The Aviation Security Inspection Team is responsible for safeguarding airport passengers, personnel, and facilities through proactive threat mitigation, incident management, and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement security inspection protocols and conduct comprehensive risk and threat assessments for airport facilities.
- Maintain detailed records of security incidents, manage the security risk register, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and governmental circulars.
- Report audit findings and performance metrics to airport leadership and coordinate communication with stakeholders on security matters.
- Oversee security training programs, control budgets, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance the airport’s overall security posture.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Security and Safety Management or an equivalent field.
- 3‑4 years of experience in security inspection, preferably within the aviation industry.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Preferred: IATA Aviation Security Operations Diploma.
