Barista – Coffee & Specialty Beverages

About the role

The Barista will craft espresso‑based drinks, teas and specialty beverages for guests at FAENA The Red Sea’s café. Working in a fast‑paced hospitality environment, you will combine precision, product knowledge and warm service to create memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare espresso, coffee, tea and specialty drinks following exact recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked workstation throughout service.
• Monitor and replenish coffee, milk, syrups and other supplies proactively.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders and brewing equipment safely, reporting any issues.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Engage with guests, personalize service and recommend beverages to enhance satisfaction.
• Assist with setup before service and thorough cleaning after shifts.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of experience in a café or hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
