Barista – Customer Service & Coffee Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Barista to join our café team. The successful candidate will craft high‑quality hot and cold beverages, provide friendly service, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso‑based drinks, and other beverages according to established recipes.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and related coffee equipment.
• Take customer orders accurately, process payments, and handle POS transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food‑safety standards throughout the work area.
• Respond to customer requests, resolve concerns professionally, and deliver a consistent high‑quality experience.
• Manage multiple orders efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Saudi nationality.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Barista or in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service.
• Fluency in English.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, punctuality, reliability, and teamwork.

Required skills

• Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, espresso preparation, and milk‑texturing techniques.
• Ability to operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and cashiering procedures.
