Behavioral Science Engagement Manager

About the role

Khibraty is looking for a Behavioral Science Engagement Manager in Riyadh. You will lead client engagements that apply behavioral insights to improve policymaking, service delivery and program outcomes, working closely with public sector clients. You will also help clients build and scale behavioral science capabilities within their organizations, such as internal units, trained teams and operating models.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the behavioral science part of client projects, from diagnosis through intervention design and evaluation
• Apply behavioral economics, psychology and decision science to find behavioral barriers and opportunities
• Design experiments and measurement approaches to assess intervention impact
• Turn behavioral research into actionable recommendations for policy, communications or service design
• Present insights to clients through narratives, reports and visuals
• Help clients build internal behavioral science units or labs, and design frameworks, toolkits and operating models
• Deliver training and capacity-building sessions, and advise on hiring, team structure and governance
• Serve as main client contact, run workshops and co-creation sessions, and manage stakeholder relationships
• Oversee project plans so deliverables are on time, on budget and impactful, with high standards of quality, ethics and rigor
• Stay current on behavioral science developments and contribute white papers, articles or presentations

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Behavioral Economics or a related field
• 5+ years of experience applying behavioral science in public policy, service design or consulting
• Proven experience designing and evaluating behavioral interventions
• Experience with public sector clients preferred
• Background in strategic initiatives such as building teams or organizational capabilities is a plus
