Bell Captain

About the role

The Bell Captain leads the Bell and Door teams at Rosewood Red Sea, acting as the first and last point of contact for guests. Reporting to the Concierge leadership, the role ensures seamless arrivals and departures, delivering the brand’s signature Relationship Hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of Bell Attendants and Doormen, guaranteeing high‑quality luggage handling, guest escorts and transportation coordination.
• Maintain an immaculate resort entrance, including driveway, lobby entrance and arrival areas, in line with Rosewood standards.
• Collaborate closely with Front Desk, Guest Relations, Concierge, Butler Services and Transportation to meet guest needs and operational priorities.
• Coach, train and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of service excellence and safety.
• Handle guest requests, deliveries, luggage storage and special requirements with discretion and efficiency.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable first and lasting impressions.
• Proven experience leading guest‑facing teams in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, organization and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with guests, colleagues and external partners.
• Calm under pressure while delivering personalized, professional service.
