Bell/Luggage Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

Fairmont The Red Sea is looking for a professional Bell/Luggage Attendant to be the first point of contact for guests at our ultra‑luxury resort in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. You will deliver a warm welcome, handle luggage efficiently, and support guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests with a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, transportation, and storage using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
• Transport luggage to and from rooms, vehicles, and designated areas promptly.
• Provide directions, information about hotel facilities, and local attraction recommendations.
• Respond to guest requests and special needs, escalating complex issues to management when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in common areas, luggage storage, and service corridors.
• Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in guest services or the hospitality industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Physical stamina to handle luggage and remain on foot throughout shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Team‑player attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Preferred: knowledge of hotel operations, Arabic language skills, customer service certification, and familiarity with luxury hospitality standards.
