Business Development & Investments Manager

About the role

Alomar Holding Company is seeking a Business Development & Investments Manager to lead the growth of its real‑estate portfolio across Saudi Arabia. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing high‑value investment opportunities while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and source real‑estate investment and expansion opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform long‑term strategic planning.
• Build and manage relationships with clients, landowners, investors, brokers, funds, developers, and partners.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements, partnerships, acquisitions, and investment deals.
• Drive revenue growth plans and support sales teams in achieving targets while tracking KPIs.
• Prepare feasibility studies, investment opportunity reports, and detailed financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, cash‑flow, sensitivity analysis).
• Coordinate with internal finance, operations, and sales teams to support project development and monitor progress.
• Identify investment and operational risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Manage the business development budget and report performance, KPIs, market analysis, and investment returns to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate Management, Finance, Investment or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in real‑estate development, business development, real‑estate investments, or project management.
• Proven track record in sourcing, evaluating, and closing real‑estate investment opportunities, including land acquisition and partnership deals.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English and a valid Saudi driving licence.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for financial modeling.
• PowerPoint for investment presentations.
• Financial modeling expertise (DCF, IRR, NPV, cash‑flow, sensitivity analysis).
