Business Development Manager – Sanitary Pipes (Jubail)

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead the creation and execution of the annual business development plan for the Jubail sanitary‑pipes factory. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities across Saudi Arabia, especially in the Eastern Province, and expanding the customer base among construction, real‑estate, MEP, and government projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual Business Development Plan aligned with commercial objectives.
• Identify and target new business opportunities, building relationships with construction companies, contractors, developers, consultants, distributors and project owners.
• Monitor tenders and RFQs, coordinate with sales, pricing and technical teams, and prepare presentations for customers and consultants.
• Negotiate contracts within approved authority levels and convert opportunities into purchase orders.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, pricing and customer requirements, providing regular reports to management.
• Coordinate with production, quality, logistics and other departments to ensure commercial commitments match operational capabilities.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development and market expansion within the construction or sanitary‑pipe sector.
• Strong relationship‑building and networking abilities with key decision‑makers.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in the field and travel across the region as required.
• Analytical mindset for reporting, business analysis and market intelligence.
