Business Development Manager - School Liaison Specialist

About the role

The Business Development Manager – School Liaison Specialist drives student acquisition for English Path’s Riyadh centre. You will build a high‑yielding pipeline of enrolments for premium English programmes and university pathway courses by forging relationships with schools, counsellors and local families.

Key responsibilities

• Own the school‑generated lead pipeline, converting enquiries into enrolments and deposit payments using active CRM tracking.
• Conduct consultative sales consultations with students and parents, advising on entry requirements, visas and pathway options.
• Identify and secure formal “Feeder School” agreements with private, international and bilingual high schools across Riyadh.
• Organise on‑campus events such as open days, parent information sessions and trial classes to boost brand visibility.
• Onboard and manage local sub‑agents and freelance referral networks, providing up‑to‑date programme knowledge and promotional material.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to create localized collateral and Riyadh‑specific social‑media campaigns (TikTok, Instagram).

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales, business development or B2C recruitment experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education or a related field.
• Native‑level Arabic and professional English fluency.
• Valid KSA driving licence and personal vehicle for regular local travel.
