Business Development Representative

About the role

As a Business Development Representative at Infobip, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You will help build a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and channel teams.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospects via phone, email, social media, and digital channels to generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities.
• Identify customer segments, business needs, and verticals early in conversations and route opportunities to the appropriate sales team.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel teams using account‑based and campaign‑driven approaches.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and track activities against weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
• Use tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to manage prospecting activities and ensure data quality.
• Qualify inbound leads when required and support lead‑management across the region.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and feedback sessions to continuously develop sales and communication skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate with 0–1 year of professional experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational skills, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Motivated to learn, take ownership, and collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
