Call Center Sales Agent (Inbound & Outbound)

About the role

You will be the first voice customers hear, turning enquiries into confirmed bookings and following up with warm leads until they become customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and messages about deep cleaning, pest control, upholstery cleaning, water‑tank cleaning and AC cleaning.
• Make outbound follow‑up calls on quotations, website leads and past customers.
• Explain services and pricing, handle objections and close bookings.
• Schedule jobs and keep every lead and call updated in the Zoho CRM.
• Follow up after service for feedback, repeat bookings and referrals.
• Meet daily call targets and monthly conversion targets.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a call‑center, telesales or customer‑service sales role.
• Experience in cleaning, pest‑control, facility‑management or hospitality services is a strong plus.
• Fluent Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Based in Saudi Arabia; a transferable Iqama is preferred for expatriates.
• Confident on the phone, organised and comfortable working toward targets.
• Experience with a CRM system; Zoho CRM knowledge is advantageous.
