Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer

About the role

The Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer will lead the Group’s new Enterprise AI Office, shaping AI vision, strategy and governance across a diversified portfolio of businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the AI operating model, governance framework and strategic roadmap for the Group.
• Partner with CEOs and executive teams of each subsidiary to identify high‑value AI opportunities that improve performance, customer experience and risk management.
• Evaluate and select enterprise AI technologies and manage strategic partnerships with AI providers.
• Ensure AI initiatives align with the Group’s strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Champion organisational change by promoting AI literacy, responsible AI adoption and an innovation culture.

Required profile

• Extensive executive leadership experience in Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation or enterprise technology within large, complex organisations.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise‑wide transformation programmes and developing AI or digital strategies.
• Strong commercial judgement, stakeholder management skills and ability to translate emerging technologies into business value.
• Experience working in diversified groups or multi‑business environments across the GCC is highly advantageous.
