About the role

The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for the Telecom Consumer Business will shape and execute the commercial strategy to drive growth, profitability, and market leadership in a highly competitive telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with the company’s mission and growth objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to create and launch innovative products and services that meet customer needs.
• Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and data‑driven insights to identify new business opportunities.
• Align sales, marketing, and customer service functions to maximize revenue and enhance customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Define, track, and adjust key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive commercial leadership experience in telecommunications or a closely related field.
• Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth and market expansion.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Exceptional leadership, team‑building, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Deep knowledge of telecom products, services, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape.
