Chief Executive Officer (Investment)

About the role

Lead and manage a diversified investment company with a portfolio exceeding SAR 3 billion across public equities, private equity, and real estate. The CEO will develop the investment strategy, manage the portfolio, identify new opportunities, and ensure sustainable growth and value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's overall investment and growth strategy.
• Lead investment decisions across public markets, private equity, and real estate.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute high‑value investment and acquisition opportunities.
• Oversee performance, risk, and allocation of a SAR 3 B+ investment portfolio.
• Establish and strengthen the company's investment structure, governance, and operating model.
• Build strong relationships with banks, investment institutions, funds, investors, and strategic partners.
• Provide the Owner with regular reporting on portfolio performance, investment opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing investment team.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in investment, banking, private equity, asset management, or related fields.
• Proven experience establishing or leading investment companies or offices.
• Strong and extensive real estate investment experience.
• Track record across public equity and private equity investments.
• Significant experience managing large investment portfolios, preferably SAR 3 B+.
• Strong financial, investment analysis, valuation, and risk management expertise.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field; MBA/CFA preferred.
