Chief Executive Officer – Investment Management (Nationalization)

About the role

The Chief Executive Officer will lead a fast‑growing investment management firm that raises capital for alternative investment and real‑estate strategies across Saudi Arabia, the GCC and international markets. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will shape the firm’s growth agenda, drive fundraising, and oversee the expansion of its investment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the firm’s strategic vision, growth plans and business objectives.
• Lead capital‑raising initiatives targeting institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices, UHNWIs and HNWIs.
• Develop and maintain senior‑level relationships with investors, regulators, banks and strategic partners.
• Work with the investment team to design, launch and commercialise real‑estate and alternative‑investment products.
• Identify acquisition, joint‑venture and co‑investment opportunities to broaden the firm’s market presence.
• Oversee executive leadership teams across investments, fundraising, operations, compliance, finance and investor relations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements and report performance to the Board.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in investment management, asset‑management or related financial services.
• Demonstrated track record of successful fundraising and business‑development within the Saudi and GCC investment ecosystem.
• Extensive network of institutional investors, family offices and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and execute new market opportunities.
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary executive teams and driving high‑performance cultures.
