Chief Executive Officer – Specialty Coffee

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results‑driven Chief Executive Officer to lead our specialty coffee organization in Riyadh. The CEO will set and execute the strategic direction, drive growth and profitability, and ensure overall success of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall strategic plan aligned with the group’s vision and objectives.
• Lead and manage the executive team, providing guidance to achieve business goals.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government entities.
• Monitor industry trends, identifying opportunities for growth and diversification.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Manage financial performance, driving profitability through budgeting and cost control.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in a large corporation or conglomerate.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
• Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is highly desirable.
