Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Textile Manufacturing

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the financial strategy and operations of a textile manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Managing Director/CEO, the CFO will ensure financial stability, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance while supporting growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement short‑term and long‑term financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Oversee accounting, costing, treasury, taxation, and internal controls.
• Ensure accurate product costing and margin analysis for yarn, fabric, and garments.
• Monitor working capital, inventory, receivables, and payables.
• Drive cost‑control initiatives across production, procurement, and logistics.
• Manage compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle cash flow, banking relationships, financing arrangements, and forex exposure.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team and present reports to the Board and investors.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA or MBA in Finance.
• 10–15+ years of finance experience, preferably in textile or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing, inventory management, and taxation.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Exposure to exports, forex management, and government incentives is an advantage.
