Chief of Staff

About the role

The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, translating vision into actionable plans and ensuring seamless execution across the organization. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong communication to drive company-wide initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a sounding board and strategic advisor to the CEO, turning vision into actionable OKRs and tracking progress.
• Lead and manage cross‑functional strategic projects from ideation through execution, identifying and removing operational bottlenecks.
• Maximize the CEO’s time by managing priorities, preparing meeting materials, and attending meetings on their behalf.
• Organize and facilitate Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and off‑site meetings.
• Serve as the communication bridge between the CEO and internal departments, drafting internal and external communications.
• Manage relationships with key external stakeholders, investors, and partners.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to provide actionable insights and anticipate risks.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or a prior Chief of Staff role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA highly preferred.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross‑functional projects to completion.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and ability to influence without direct authority.
