Chief of Staff

About the role

The Chief of Staff works closely with the CEO and senior leadership to align strategic priorities, drive executive initiatives, and ensure effective communication across departments. This senior position plays a pivotal role in translating high‑level decisions into actionable plans and supporting the organization’s overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CEO in developing and executing strategic priorities.
• Lead and monitor high‑impact projects and business initiatives.
• Coordinate communication between the CEO and department heads.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and briefing materials.
• Track key decisions, action plans, deadlines, and organizational KPIs.
• Conduct business analysis and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Identify operational challenges and support process improvements.
• Manage confidential and sensitive executive‑level information.
• Represent the CEO in selected meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
• Support governance, board meetings, and stakeholder communication when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7–12 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, project management or executive support.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent presentation and report‑writing skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency depending on the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work directly with senior executives.
