Chief of Staff

About the role

Eram Talent is seeking an accomplished Chief of Staff to join its organization and work closely with the executive leadership team. The role supports the CEO and senior executives as a trusted advisor and facilitator, helping enable strategic initiatives, improve organizational effectiveness and ensure key projects and priorities are delivered with excellence. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the company's strategic agenda and lead strategy development and coordination across the organization
• Manage the CEO Office, including structuring and prioritizing the CEO's engagements, preparing agendas and following up on action items
• Prepare content for the CEO's corporate and board-level engagements, such as presentations and reports
• Facilitate communication between the CEO's office and internal departments
• Define and oversee agendas for the Board and Business Review meetings, and drive the Board of Directors agenda with the Board Secretary
• Establish governance frameworks, including strategic scorecards, and manage the CEO Office budget
• Coordinate strategic projects with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Drive the company's change management agenda and lead talent management within the CEO's Office
• Act as the main point of contact for key corporate stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field (Master's preferred)
• At least 10 years of experience in strategy, performance, finance or consulting roles
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership in multi-regional and diverse settings
• Strong expertise in strategy formulation, operational governance and stakeholder management
• Advanced communication and presentation skills in English
• Knowledge of supply chain and procurement industries is highly desirable
