Chief Technology Officer

About the role

Our client is a technology‑driven organisation developing scalable digital platforms for enterprise and government customers. The business is in a high‑growth phase with strong institutional backing. The Chief Technology Officer will shape the technology vision, architecture and delivery across all digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technology strategy, architecture and delivery for multiple digital platforms.
• Oversee engineering, product development, infrastructure and cybersecurity functions.
• Build scalable, secure systems while maintaining delivery discipline and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with product, commercial and executive leadership to align technology with business goals.
• Mentor senior technical leaders and establish best‑in‑class development practices.

Required profile

• Senior technology leadership experience in SaaS, platform or enterprise environments.
• Strong architectural expertise and proven ability to scale complex systems.
• Experience managing large engineering teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Exposure to government or enterprise‑grade platforms in Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated technical credibility combined with strong leadership and communication skills.
