Client Advisor – Luxury Watches, Jewelry & Fashion

About the role

As a Client Advisor you will join our luxury retail team, delivering exceptional service to customers interested in watches, jewelry and fashion. You will help clients find the perfect pieces, drive sales and ensure a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product information and personalized recommendations to customers in the store.
• Understand client needs and preferences, especially for VIP customers, and build a customer database.
• Maintain a clean, organized store, restock shelves and arrange merchandise displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns and complaints promptly, escalating to management when needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and stay informed about promotions, campaigns and new product launches.
• Participate in training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably watches and jewelry, with a focus on VIP customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
