Client Engagement Director

About the role

CCHO Consulting is looking for a senior healthcare leader to join its Riyadh office as Client Engagement Director. The role will drive business growth, forge strategic partnerships, and lead executive client engagement across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business development strategy for the healthcare and provider practice across Saudi Arabia and MENA.
• Identify, cultivate and expand relationships with government entities, healthcare providers, payers, pharmaceutical companies and regulators.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
• Lead proposal development, commercial negotiations, pricing strategies and executive‑level presentations.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to spot emerging trends and policy shifts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and decision‑makers across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Collaborate with CCHO leadership and subject‑matter experts to deliver data‑driven, client‑centric solutions.
• Support organizational growth initiatives, cross‑functional collaboration and marketing communications.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Pharmacist background strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8 + years of progressive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare consulting, healthcare institutions or government/public health sectors.
• Deep understanding of healthcare systems, transformation, market access, payer/provider dynamics, public policy and regulatory environments in the MENA region.
• Proven track record engaging C‑level executives, government leaders and senior healthcare stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in business development, strategic partnerships and client relationship management.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
