Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a Cluster Rewards Manager to design and lead a comprehensive total rewards strategy across its luxury hotel portfolio. The role focuses on attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent by ensuring competitive, equitable compensation, benefits, and recognition programs aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward‑looking total rewards strategy that supports growth ambitions and luxury market positioning.
• Lead annual salary review cycles, bonus frameworks, and incentive planning in line with business performance and budget.
• Ensure governance and consistency of compensation practices across all properties within the cluster.
• Conduct regular market benchmarking using global and regional salary surveys to maintain competitiveness.
• Design and maintain salary structures, grading frameworks, and job‑evaluation systems for internal equity.
• Provide data‑driven insights on compensation trends, pay positioning, and cost optimisation.
• Support pre‑opening compensation frameworks, workforce costing, and organisational structuring.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in compensation and benefits within the hospitality or luxury services sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and drive a merit‑based, high‑performance culture.
• In‑depth knowledge of regulatory compliance related to compensation.
