About the role
Senior Quantity Surveyor responsible for cost‑control, measurement and contract administration on infrastructure projects, reporting to the Commercial Management team.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets and cost reports.
- Review contract documents, ensure compliance with cost parameters and prepare BOQs for variations.
- Assist in claims, variations and commercial negotiations while monitoring project cost performance.
- Evaluate contractor invoices and support overall contract administration.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of QS experience, preferably on road/highway projects.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and cost‑control tools.
